Job Summary

Individuals in this role are responsible for first level processing of loans ordersrequests and claims across the loan servicing life cycleThe associate is expected to process items accurately and optimally in accordance with laid down procedures and maintain requisite standards of quality and productivityKnowledge on Loan Servicing and components Escrow and NonEscrow loansFamiliar with key topics like new loan set up flood determination Mortgage Insurance tax Investor reporting document

Responsibilities

Processing loansordersrequests or claims as assigned by Team LeadAchieve Individual SLA targets for metrics like Accuracy Productivity Volumes and TATAdherence to the procedures provided by the business also called SOP Standard Operating ProcedureCompletion of all mandatory assessment certifications as applicable to the supported businessAchieve the required Learning Health ScoreIII Typical ResponsibilitiesBusiness CustomerLiaise with internal external clientsSeek for approvals from internal stake holders wherever requiredProjectProcessFirst level processing of assigned transactions on any of the following types

Quality review appraisal review BPO review title review
Verification
Information setup Loan setup escrow setup Mod setup claim setup
Updating of information

Assignment of work appraisal title closing orders other vendor assignment
Research of missing docs subordination escrow tax claims mods
Execution of processing transactions

Ability to identify and understand various terminologies used in US Mortgage Mortgage lien parcel services escrow and Non Escrow types of loans
Knowledge to clearly identify the various functions in a Mortgage Value ChainKnowledge on generating reports handling payments processing nonsufficient fund requests perform research on loan accounts and handle exceptionsFollow the work instruction documentSOP to process all tasks and activitiesProcess the work in workflow tools as availableEnsure adherence to QC checklistsSeek clarifications from SPESME where neededInform SMESupervisor in case of updates or changes to processPerform regular maintenance tasks and complete the task before winding up the dayPeople TeamComplete the mandatory training programsParticipate in the Preprocess orientation processCapture productivity nonproductivity hours in specific tools as made availableActively participate and contribute to team initiatives regular team meetings presenting of thoughts Ideas etcIV Degree of IndependenceSupervision requiredPerforms assigned duties according to specific proceduresComplex problems proceduresprocesses are referred to the respective SOP supervisor Work product is reviewed closely for accuracyV Team Management ResponsibilitiesNAVI QualificationEducation Graduate MBAMinimum Experience required 0 to 1 year experience in BPO Transaction Data Processing background MortgageVoice skills if neededVII Additional InfoWhile performing the essential functions of this job the associate is required to remain in a stationary position standing or seated use a computer keyboard and view data on a computer screen for up to 95% of their work hours or shift
