You’ll have the support of a nimble team, inbound opportunities from marketing & programs, and product‑agnostic research to do right by clients—and be rewarded for it. ⸻What You’ll DoClient leadership & growth• Deepen relationships across your existing book; run periodic reviews, rebalancing, and tracking.• Generate incremental wallet share across Mutual Funds, Direct Equity/Models, PMS, Alternate Assets, Insurance (term & general), Loans, Estate & Tax Planning, aligned to client needs.New client acquisition• Convert referrals, social leads, corporate awareness events, and internal acquisition team leads; run discovery → plan → onboarding. Financial learning excellence• Build plans basis risk assesments and investment objectives; present clear proposals and performance narratives.• Maintain clean MIS/CRM hygiene; collaborate with research, ops, and compliance for a frictionless client experience.
