Regional Head / Cluster Head - Wealth Management Client - A leading NBFC Experience - 10 to 25+ years in Financial Industry/ Private Wealth / Capital Markets / Private Banking Location - Chennai , Jaipur , Mumbai , Delhi ,Pune ,Ahmedabad ,Kolkata , Indore,Banglore , Hyderabad Education - UG / PG Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head / Regional Head - Private Wealth in NBFC .The role involves managing and expanding the portfolio of private wealth clients, overseeing a team of wealth managers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role also includes developing and implementing business strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving financial targets, building strong client relationships, and representing the company at various industry forums and events. Requirement Experience in private wealth management, portfolio management, and client relationship management Proven track record of achieving financial targets and business growth Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements Preferred Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management Responsible for development and management of respective teams, comprising Team Leaders, RMS. Handling a team of Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers and planning and achieving Sales Targets for Wealth Management products through the team by motivating, Inspiring and providing guidance to the team to keep the performance levels high Responsible for creation a client base in direct equity by acquiring new Private Wealth / HNI Clients / Corporate clients by interacting & developing rapport with all external/internal constituents of client at all levels; for maximum client retention & achievement of revenues To ensure achievement of acquisition, activation and other Cross sell targets .To also ensure achievement of sub targets within acquisition with a special focus on Premium segment customers To ensure achievement of business and revenue targets attributed for the company
