Role Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the primary school. Coordinate and implement curriculum and educational programs. Monitor student progress and provide assessments to ensure quality education. Work closely with teachers to promote effective learning strategies. Develop and manage school budgets and resources. Organize school events and activities for students and parents. Facilitate communication between staff, students, and parents. Implement school policies and ensure compliance with educational regulations. Recruit, train, and mentor teaching staff. Address conflicts and resolve issues among staff, students, and parents. Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss curriculum and student performance. Promote a positive and inclusive school culture. Oversee faculty performance evaluations and provide feedback. Foster partnerships with the local community and stakeholders. Assist in the admission process for new students. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Proven experience in educational administration. Strong knowledge of primary education standards. Ability to lead and motivate staff effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience in curriculum development and implementation. Familiarity with student assessment methods. Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment. Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management. Experience engaging with parents and the community. Ability to analyze data to drive school performance. Proficient in educational technology tools. Strong problem-solving skills. Willingness to work collaboratively with others.
