Position: TGT Hindi Teacher We are seeking a passionate and experienced TGT Hindi Teacher for an on-site position in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education to students while instilling a love for the Hindi language and culture. Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.Teach Hindi language and literature to students from grades 6 to 10.Assess and evaluate student progress through regular tests and assignments.Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.Incorporate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to enhance learning experiences.Facilitate communication among parents, students, and school administration regarding student performance.Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and events related to Hindi language and culture.Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance or enrichment.Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.Stay updated on educational best practices and contribute to curriculum development.Foster cultural appreciation and understanding among students.Collabote with fellow teachers and staff to design interdisciplinary projects.Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and workshops.Communicate effectively with students and parents about academic performance and expectations.Encourage critical thinking and creativity in student assignments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.Strong proficiency in Hindi, both written and spoken.Familiarity with educational technology and digital teaching tools.Ability to develop engaging and creative lesson plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to motivate and inspire students.Knowledge of student assessment methods and tools.Understanding of diverse learning styles and the ability to adapt instruction accordingly.Commitment to student success and a passion for teaching.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Team player with a collaborative mindset.Proud advocate for the Hindi language and culture.Willingness to engage in professional development and continuous learning.Proficient in administrative tasks related to teaching.
