Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for English language and literature.Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student learning.Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles.Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.Encourage critical thinking and creativity through literature discussions.Integrate technology and multimedia resources into the curriculum.Provide regular feedback to students on their performance.Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively.Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance curriculum delivery.Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and needs.Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.Work with the school administration to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.Support students with diverse learning challenges and promote inclusivity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.Teaching certification for primary education is preferred.At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.Strong knowledge of English language and literature.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to engage students and create a stimulating learning environment.Familiarity with educational technology and tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.Experience in curriculum development and assessment design.Adaptability to varying classroom dynamics.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.Knowledge of current educational trends and practices.Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.Understanding of child development and linguistic progressions.
