Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze freight costs, negotiate rates, and ensure competitive pricing for customers
• Setting rates for various ocean freight services and ensuring they are competitive and profitable.
• Support operational team with timely and most competitive freight requirements
• Monitor process performance, define corrective and preventive actions, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure all pricing activities comply with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relationships with shipping liners, related vendors, and agencies to support smooth business operations.
• Adhere to organizational ethics, compliance policies, and QHSES requirements.

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of shipping services all over globe
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to optimize operations and improve profitability.
• Good communication (cross-functional and cross-cultural)
