Pricing Manager

Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Pricing Manager is an expert in costing and pricing IT Services and is responsible to:

• Lead and manage a team of pricing analysts who will partner with solution and sales teams on each services opportunity
• Lead the development of a standard core cost model for services which will serve as the foundation for each service specific cost and price model
• The development and maintenance of cost and pricing models for each IT service
• Manage process to ensure core data in models aligns with actual financial and operational data
• Lead pricing and costing for the companys most important, complex and high visibility opportunities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using his or her skills to create pricing models that facilitate winning new business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 10 years of experience in the IT Services industry with a deep understanding of Infrastructure support, End User support, and Field Services
• A strong background in IT services costing, including a deep understanding of ITIL, industry best practices in North America and globally, typical operational metrics, SLAs and SLA methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (master’s degree preferred) in finance or business analytics
• Experience leading pricing on large, complex IT services opportunities
• High proficiency using Excel functions and formulas
• Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks in parallel
• Familiarity with multi-year models including: Setup costs: ongoing, amortization; and time cost-of-money and cash flow
• Ability to present and communicate financial data precisely and concisely with senior executives
• Excellent quantitative and financial skills
