Pricing Manager

As a Pricing Executive in Freight Forwarding & Logistics, your role will involve preparing and submitting competitive freight quotes for Air and Sea shipments (FCL/LCL). You will be responsible for negotiating rates with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents, as well as analyzing rate trends to develop pricing strategies supporting the sales team. Your duties will also include maintaining updated tariff/rate sheets, coordinating RFQs for global tenders, ensuring accurate and timely quotation submissions, and collaborating with operations and documentation teams for smooth handovers. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit competitive freight quotes for Air and Sea shipments (FCL/LCL) - Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents for rate negotiations - Analyze rate trends and develop pricing strategies to support the sales team - Maintain updated tariff/rate sheets and coordinate RFQs for global tenders - Ensure accurate and timely quotation submissions - Collaborate with operations and documentation teams for smooth handovers Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing for Air & Ocean shipments - Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and trade lanes - Proven negotiation skills with carriers and overseas agents - Familiarity with pricing tools, portals, and market benchmarking - Detail-oriented with strong Excel and email communication skills - Ability to handle multiple enquiries and meet tight deadlines If you are a Logistics pricing expert with over 5 years of experience in International freight forwarding and Logistics, we encourage you to apply for this role and join our growing team.
