Responsibilities & Duties: Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments Promote and sell Stock Market courses to potential learners Understand customer needs and explain course benefits clearly Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain detailed records of leads and interactions Follow up diligently and handle objections professionally Work closely with the team to improve conversion rates and customer experience Desired Candidate Profile: Any Graduation Minimum 1 year of experience in target-based sales (preferably EdTech or financial domain) Strong knowledge or interest in the Stock Market Fluency in Malayalam is a must Should own an Android smartphone Positive attitude, self-driven, and eager to learn Prior experience in telesales or inside sales is a plus Perks and Benefits: Attractive incentives for meeting targets Health insurance coverage Mobile bill reimbursement Opportunity to work in a fast-growing EdTech startup Languages Required: Malayalam (Fluent) English (Basic to Moderate) Location: Remote Working Days: 6 days a week Note: Only sales experience candidates will be considered.
