Attend walk-in customers and respond to telephonic inquiries. Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and convert leads to orders. Basic knowledge of agricultural, or food processing machines is a plus. Good communication and convincing skills. Required Candidate profile 1–3 years of B2B/B2C sales experience (Machinery or Agri/Food Industry preferred). Knowledge of email tools, WhatsApp Business, and CRM (preferred). Education: Minimum: 12th pass or Diploma with PCM.
