The Tenant Relationship Manager serves as the primary point of contact between property management and tenants. This role is responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, addressing concerns in a timely manner, and promoting a positive, long-term relationship between the tenants and the property. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, organized, and skilled in conflict resolution and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between tenants and property management for all communication. Manage tenant onboarding and move-in processes, including documentation and orientation. Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with maintenance and facilities teams to ensure service issues are resolved efficiently. Conduct regular tenant check-ins and satisfaction surveys to monitor service quality. Assist in lease renewals and ensure timely collection of feedback on lease terms and property services. Maintain accurate tenant records and documentation using property management software. Organize tenant engagement initiatives such as events, newsletters, and surveys.
