This individual will manage lead engagement, drive conversions, and coordinate closely with the sales team, ensuring a smooth and client-friendly experience from inquiry to site visit. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team to drive lead engagement and quality. · Design and implement scripts, engagement workflows, and performance metrics. · Coordinate with the Direct Sales Team for timely site/project visit arrangements. · Monitor the team’s follow-ups and lead qualification processes. · Maintain reports on pre-sales activities and team performance. · Handle key client communications until the lead is transitioned to sales. · Ensure timely and professional responses to all client inquiries. Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred. · Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate pre-sales/client communication roles. · Strong communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi . · Leadership, team management, and customer handling abilities. · Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Position 2: Pre-Sales Executive Location: Venus Group of Companies, Ahmedabad Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to start their career in real estate sales support. You’ll be the first contact for potential clients, handling calls, qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth handovers to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: · Initiate outbound calls to leads and explain project offerings. · Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information. · Schedule and coordinate project/site visits with the direct sales team. · Maintain accurate client interaction logs and follow-up updates in CRM. · Follow internal processes and report progress to the Pre-Sales Manager. · Maintain polite, professional, and timely communication with all leads. Skills & Qualifications: · Graduate in any field. · 0–1 year of experience in real estate/pre-sales/customer service roles. · Strong communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi . · Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. · Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
