Job Title: Presales Solution Area Specialist – Microsoft Modern Workplace (MWP)

📍 Location: Noida (Work from Office)

🌐 Market: B2B – India Region

🧑💼 Reporting to: Presales Manager – Cloud & Security Solutions

👤 Role Type: Individual Contributor

🕒 Experience Required: 4–7 Years (Relevant: 3–5 Years in Microsoft MWP Presales)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Solution Presales & Technical Expertise

  • Engage with customers to understand business needs and map them with Microsoft MWP solutions (Microsoft 365, Office 365, Teams, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Purview, etc.).
  • Deliver compelling product demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and workshops to CXOs, ITDMs, and BDMs.
  • Design tailored MWP solution architectures and deployment roadmaps aligned to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals, create value propositions, and influence customer decisions.

Opportunity Management

  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with solution designs, technical documentation, and compliance mappings.
  • Build and articulate business cases, ROI, and TCO justifications for Microsoft MWP adoption.
  • Ensure smooth handover of opportunities to technical delivery/implementation teams post-closure.
  • Work closely with Microsoft Partner teams and internal stakeholders to drive customer success.

Thought Leadership & Enablement

  • Stay updated with Microsoft Modern Workplace product roadmap and industry trends.
  • Deliver webinars, customer sessions, and enablement programs to evangelize Microsoft MWP.
  • Support account teams in positioning licensing options, compliance, and migration benefits.


📚 Job Requirements

Education:

Must-Have Skills:

  • 4–7 years of presales/solution consulting experience in Microsoft MWP domain.
  • Strong expertise in

    Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Defender

    .
  • Proven track record in customer presentations, demos, and consultative solutioning.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing, deployment models, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-100, MS-101, SC-900, or equivalent).
  • Exposure to Azure AD and hybrid workplace scenarios.
  • Experience collaborating with Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
