Position Summary:

Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the business development team with proposals, presentations, and documentation.
2. Draft and format proposals, RFP responses, and client documentation under senior guidance.
3. Coordinate with technical teams to prepare solution demos and presentations.
4. Research industry trends, competitors, and opportunities to support the sales strategy.
5. Maintain records of leads, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
   

Qualifications:

1. 6 months – 1 year of experience in

   Pre-Sales, IT Sales Support, or related roles

   (internship experience is also considered).
2. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to interact with international clients (US/UK).
3. Basic understanding of

   IT solutions and services

   preferred.
4. Strong documentation, MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel), and presentation preparation skills.
5. Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and collaborate with senior team members.
6. Bachelor’s degree in

   Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
