Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Presales & Solutioning Consultant to join our team. This role requires expertise in crafting compelling RFP responses, structuring competitive pricing models, designing innovative digital solutions, and engaging with customers effectively. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital services, pricing strategies, and partner management to drive successful business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

1. RFP Writing

  • Develop and customize RFP responses with clear, compelling solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical SMEs to create integrated solutions.
  • Translate business needs into proposal requirements and deliverables.

2. Pricing & Commercial Structuring

  • Develop pricing models and structure competitive proposals for digital solutions.
  • Conduct ROI analysis and create accurate cost models.
  • Understand financial and contractual terms to structure profitable deals.

3. Solution Design across Digital Services

  • Expertise in Business Process Transformation, AI/ML, Data, Cloud, and Application Services.
  • Design and propose scalable, secure solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to enhance client solutions.

4. Customer Presentation & Engagement

  • Create and deliver tailored and impactful presentations to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead customer discussions to ensure alignment with client objectives.

5. Collateral Creation & Capability Building

  • Work with leading technologies (AI, Data, Cloud, App Services, etc.).
  • Contribute to knowledge management by developing and updating capability materials.
  • Adapt collateral to align with market trends and client needs.

6. Partner Handling

  • Manage relationships with partners to integrate third-party solutions.
  • Negotiate with vendors for pricing, deliverables, and contract terms.
  • Co-create POCs to enhance solution offerings and value.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in presales, solutioning, or consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital services including Process Automation, AI/ML, Data, Cloud, and Applications.
  • Hands on experience with RFP writing, pricing models, and commercial structuring.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
