About the Role

Pre Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales and pre-sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, product presentations, demos, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to prepare tailored proposals and solutions.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business reviews to potential and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular performance and pipeline reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in IT / Software / Tech services.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
