Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership Lead, manage, and motivate the Pre-Sales team to achieve lead conversion and appointment booking targets. Monitor and review team performance on a regular basis. Allocate leads, manage shift schedules, and maintain resource planning to ensure optimal coverage. Lead Management & Conversion Supervise daily inbound and outbound call operations. Track the entire lead lifecycle from initial enquiry to site visit and handover to Sales. Assist the team in handling high-value and premium customer leads, ensuring smooth transition to closures. Customer Engagement & Support Personally engage with prospective high-ticket clients to understand their requirements and guide them towards suitable property options. Coordinate between customers and the Sales team for a seamless experience. Reporting & MIS Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and team productivity. Analyze lead data to identify patterns and suggest improvements in the lead generation and conversion process. Training & Development Conduct regular product training sessions, objection handling workshops, and soft skills programs for the pre-sales team. Stay updated with project offerings, market trends, and competitors to enhance team effectiveness. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling abilities. Good understanding of real estate sales cycles, lead management systems (CRM), and market dynamics. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
