Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:

    Identify, qualify, and convert potential clients into successful deals.
  • Client Engagement:

    Conduct property presentations, handle site visits, and resolve client queries professionally.
  • Sales Negotiation:

    Lead price discussions and deal closures ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
  • Networking:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Support sales initiatives, share market insights, and contribute to team success.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience in

    real estate sales

    (preferably luxury villas or high-rise projects)
  • Strong

    communication, presentation, and negotiation

    skills
  • Proven track record in

    meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent

    client relationship management

    and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of

    adaptability, professionalism, and integrity

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
