Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Interior Designer located in Bhubaneswar (For SPACEWOOD Experience Center). The Interior Designer will be responsible for tasks such as Sales, planning, designing, preparation of 2D&3D drawings, presentations, client meetings etc. From concept to completion, we’re here to make the design process seamless, enjoyable, and most importantly happy. Design and Planning: Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires Understanding client needs and preferences through consultations and meetings. Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs Creating 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, and elevations using design software. (SKETCHUP) Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed Selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, considering aesthetics, functionality, and budget. Presenting design proposals and solutions to clients. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals on projects. Qualifications Space Planning and Architecture skills Construction Drawings and Interior Design skills Knowledge of FF&E Experience in commercial or residential interior design Creative design skills and attention to detail Proficiency AutoCAD, Photoshop & 3D software's like Sketchup along with relevant rendering plugins/software's.
