Interior Design Sales

We are seeking a dynamic Interior Designer based in Bhubaneswar for SPACEWOOD Experience Center. As an Interior Designer, you will undertake various responsibilities such as sales, planning, designing, preparing 2D & 3D drawings, conducting client meetings, and creating presentations. Our aim is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable design process from concept to completion, ultimately leading to client satisfaction and happiness. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in sales activities and customer interactions. - Conduct design and planning tasks. - Meet with clients to comprehend their objectives and preferences. - Generate attractive designs and layouts for diverse projects. - Establish effective communication with clients, vendors, and the team to address client needs. - Produce 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, and elevations utilizing design software such as Sketchup. - Develop presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients. - Prepare quotes for clients and ensure adherence to the complete workflow. - Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, considering aesthetics, functionality, and budget. - Present design proposals and solutions to clients. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals on various projects. Qualifications: - Proficiency in space planning and architecture. - Skills in construction drawings and interior design. - Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). - Experience in commercial or residential interior design. - Creative design abilities with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D software like Sketchup, along with relevant rendering plugins/software. - Bachelor's degree in architecture/interior design or a related field. - Previous experience in a related field is advantageous.,
