Their mission is to infuse every project with limitless creativity and happiness, ensuring each space reflects the client’s vision and enhances their lifestyle.Position: Key Accounts Manager – Channel PartnerRole OverviewAs a Key Accounts Manager – Channel Partner, you will be the face of the company for channel partners, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with real estate brokers, architects, and contractors. Your goal is to generate high-quality leads and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities- **Sales & Customer Interaction:** Engage with channel partners daily and manage relationships to generate referral customers.- **Network Building:** Regularly visit both new and existing channel partners to strengthen the network and influence.- **Lead Generation:** Ensure a steady flow of customer leads via channel partners and engage with online leads to convert them into projects.- **Quality Lead Management:** Focus on high-quality leads, defined as Experience Centre Visits or Site Visits for each customer lead shared by channel partners.- **Customer Coordination:** Ensure prompt and appropriate action on all customer requests.- **Client Satisfaction:** Maintain high client satisfaction at every project stage.- **Brand Representation:** Uphold the company’s brand image through professional conduct and communication.- **Trust & Engagement:** Foster trust and engagement through excellent service offerings and communication.### Skills & Qualifications- **Education:** Minimum graduation or equivalent qualification.- **Sales Acumen:** Strong sales skills with the ability to connect with both channel partners and end customers.- **Mobility:** Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license.- **Languages:** Conversant in English, Hindi, or the regional language.- **Motivation:** Highly motivated and target-driven.- **Flexibility:** Willingness to work flexible hours as per business needs.### Compensation- **Training Period (up to 6 months):** CTC up to ₹2 lakhs per annum- **Post Training:** CTC ₹3 lakhs per annum (Negotiable) + Incentives### Why Join Us?- Be part of an innovative, fast-growing company with a passion for design and customer delight.- Work with industry leaders and a reputed brand in modular furniture.- Opportunity for growth, learning, and attractive incentives.**If you are passionate about sales, networking, and transforming spaces, this is the perfect opportunity for you!**
