Interior Design Sales

As an Interior Designer located in Bhubaneswar at SPACEWOOD Experience Center, you will play a crucial role in sales, planning, designing, and client interactions. You will be involved in creating 2D & 3D drawings, presentations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design process. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in sales activities and interact with customers effectively. - Conduct client meetings to understand their objectives and preferences. - Develop attractive designs and layouts for various projects. - Communicate efficiently with clients, vendors, and team members to address client needs. - Create 2D and 3D renderings, floor plans, and elevations using design software such as Sketchup. - Prepare and deliver presentations including 3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings to clients. - Generate quotes for clients and ensure a smooth workflow process. - Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures considering aesthetics, functionality, and budget. - Present design proposals and solutions to clients. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals on projects. Qualifications: - Possess space planning and architecture skills. - Proficient in construction drawings and interior design concepts. - Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment). - Previous experience in commercial or residential interior design. - Demonstrate creative design skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3D software like Sketchup with relevant rendering plugins/software. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in architecture/interior design or a related field. - Experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
