Role: Pre-Sales Associate / ExecutiveCompany: Happy Limitless India Private LimitedBrand: Spacewood (Bhubaneswar)Location: Bhubaneswar, OdishaAbout the Role:We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, helping them start their journey toward their dream home interiors.Key Responsibilities: * 📞 Lead Management: Make outgoing calls to potential customers to identify their needs and schedule high-quality leads for the sales/design team. * 🗓️ Appointment Setting: Schedule visits to the Spacewood Experience Centre in Bhubaneswar as per the defined process. * 🗣️ Customer Engagement: Identify customer requirements, clarify doubts regarding modular solutions, and provide initial product information. * 💻 CRM Management: Document all call information, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system accurately. * 🔄 Follow-ups: Maintain rigorous follow-up with potential clients and internal stakeholders to ensure appointments happen as scheduled. * 🎯 Targets: Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets for lead generation and site visits.Expertise & Qualifications: * Education: Graduate in any stream (10+2+3). * Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or BPO.
