Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details.

• Follow up with generated leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and share suitable project options.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for seamless lead handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Min 6 months of calling experience in sales.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Ability to convince and engage customers on calls.

• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).
