Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide project details with clarity.

• Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into successful bookings.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.

• Understand customer needs to offer suitable real estate solutions.

• Represent Ascens Buildcon professionally at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Marketing preferred).

• 2-3 years of experience in sales; real estate experience is an advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and conducting site visits.

• Good understanding of the real estate market and local areas.

• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
