Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation, Prospecting & Outreach
  • Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously update a database of target companies across D2C brands, marketplaces, enterprises, and exporters.
  • Research prospects’ product categories, order volumes, and shipping needs before reaching out.
  • Initiate high-quality conversations that open the door for deeper discovery.
  • Lead Qualification & Prospecting
  • Prepare database of companies to reach out for b2b outreach.
  • Calling
  • Understand prospect requirements across fulfillment, warehousing, middle-mile, and last-mile shipping.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand SKUs, daily orders, product handling needs, SLAs, and pain points.
  • Qualify leads based on fit, volume, geography, and operational complexity.
  • Solution Mapping & Pre-Sales Support
  • Explain our end-to-end fulfillment capabilities: inventory management, storage, packaging, dispatch, NDR, RTO control, COD processes.
  • Explain shipping coverage, delivery timelines, freight costs, value-added services, and compliance requirements.
  • Share demos, product walkthroughs, and operational workflows with prospects.
  • Prepare customized proposals, pricing decks, and ROI calculations.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Operations
  • Work closely with Sales to hand over fully qualified leads with complete requirement documentation.
  • Coordinate with Operations to confirm feasibility, costing, and capacity before proposing solutions.
  • Support Sales during client meetings with data, competitive bench-marking, and process clarity.
  • Pipeline & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM — lead stages, notes, next actions, and data points.
  • Prepare weekly reports on lead quality, objections, trends, and lost-case reasons.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years in pre-sales, inside sales, telecalling, or client-facing roles in logistics, shipping, warehousing, D2C, e-commerce, or supply chain SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of order lifecycle: inwarding → storage → pick/pack → dispatch → NDR/RTO → delivery → reconciliation.
  • High analytical ability to interpret cost sheets, weight slabs, order volumes, and regional feasibility.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and speaking confidently to decision-makers.
  • Strong research ability to build accurate prospect lists and company databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and objection handling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like leadsquared, zoho etc.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network of FMCG companies, D2C founders, Amazon/Flipkart sellers, logistics heads, or supply chain managers.
  • Experience in pre-sales of tech-enabled services or fulfillment/3PL solutions.
  • Exposure startup environments and fast-paced scale-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per month
