Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification & Conversion

• Qualify leads by evaluating interest, budget, and buying timelines
  
• Convert potential buyers and investors into successful closures
  

Real Estate Expertise

• Must have hands-on experience with

  high-rise towers, villas, or luxury properties

• Deep understanding of property features, pricing, and location advantages
  

Client Relationship Management

• Conduct property tours, presentations, and handle all client queries professionally
  
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors
  

Sales Negotiation & Closure

• Negotiate effectively to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
  
• Close deals efficiently and ethically
  

Market Research & Analysis

• Monitor real estate trends, competitor activities, and market shifts
  
• Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and improve performance
  

Channel Partner & Broker Networking

• Build and maintain strong networks with CPs and real estate brokers
  
• Drive indirect sales opportunities through partner channels
  

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Embrace and support technological and process improvements
  
• Encourage problem-solving and foster a collaborative work environment

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales (luxury, villas, or high-rise buildings)
