Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant who will play a critical role in driving adoption of Super AI’s education and enterprise solutions. This role bridges technical expertise with business acumen—engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, and demonstrating how Super AI’s products can deliver transformative value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Discovery
  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer needs, pain points, and business objectives.
  • Conduct requirement analysis workshops and map client challenges to Super AI solutions.
  • Solution Design & Demonstration
  • Create tailored solution presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design custom solutions for enterprise and education customers.
  • Technical & Functional Expertise
  • Stay up to date with product capabilities, industry trends, and AI-driven use cases in education and enterprise sectors.
  • Prepare technical documentation, RFP/RFI responses, and solution proposals.
  • Collaboration & Enablement
  • Work closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Provide thought leadership during client meetings, conferences, and webinars.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to position Super AI solutions effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation.

Desired Skills & Exp

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of pre-sales / solution consulting experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, enterprise software, or EdTech.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate technical features into clear business value propositions.
  • Experience with RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
