Presales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to develop high-quality technical and commercial responses.
• Work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to create compelling proposals and solution documents.
• Develop solution architectures, presentations, and client-facing materials aligned with customer needs.
• Support sales teams with presales activities, including client calls, workshops, and product/solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to gather inputs, validate scope, and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Contribute to bid management activities, cost estimations, eAort planning, and proposal structuring.
• Participate in customer meetings to articulate solutions, clarify requirements, and support deal closure.
• Maintain a strong understanding of digital transformation, cloud, IT infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure proposals comply with procurement guidelines, standards, and internal quality processes.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• 510 years of experience in presales, solutioning, or bid management.
• Strong experience in analyzing RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and preparing structured responses.
• Good understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise technology stacks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, delivery, architecture, and vendor partners.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals, solution decks, and estimates.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
