Job Title: Programming Faculty Location: Bangalore Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skills, qualification, and experience) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and well-spoken graduates to join our teaching team as Programming Instructors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of programming in C, C++, Java, or Python. This role involves training students in foundational and advanced programming concepts in a structured and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Teach and guide students in C, C++, Java, or Python based on curriculum requirements. Deliver classroom or online training sessions in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner. Create, update, and maintain training materials, notes, and assessments. Track student progress and provide feedback and support where necessary. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom. Support students with practical projects and coding exercises. Candidate Requirements Any graduate degree from a recognized institution (preferably in Computer Science or related fields). Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Solid understanding and practical knowledge in at least one programming language: C, C++, Java, or Python. Freshers with the right skills and confidence may also apply.
