Pre-Sales Consultant

As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Callifony, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our sales and development teams to design and define cloud-based solutions for our customers. Your positive mindset and expertise will be instrumental in researching, approving, and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing cloud consultancy to customers and working closely with sales to create tailored solutions based on their requirements. - Defining solution architecture and migration planning for communication solutions. - Managing presales activities in collaboration with the sales team. - Assisting the Internal Development team in developing and deploying cloud-based applications using best practices. - Supporting Product Management and Marketing teams in the development of solution offerings. - Understanding customer requirements and delivering customized solutions that meet their needs. - Designing solutions, creating demos, and providing proof of concept for customers. - Participating in technical seminars and webinars to enhance product and technology understanding. - Defining technical proposals and maintaining minutes of meetings. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be working in the Engineering department on a full-time basis at our Pune location. The ideal candidate for this role should have 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
