Billing & Revenue Executive

As a Billing & Revenue Executive at Callifony, a leading business communication platform, you will be responsible for supporting monthly invoicing and account reconciliation tasks for customers and vendors. Join a collaborative environment and work with multiple talented teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Take ownership of billing issues and see problems through to resolution. - Manage customer escalations and coordinate with multiple teams. - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot billing-related tickets with customers and vendors. - Utilize analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Communicate effectively with customers billing or account management teams. - Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. - Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. - Track all billing-related tickets in our ticketing system from open to resolution. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge of MS Excel. - Experience in handling billing platforms. - Experience in accounting and taxation will be an added advantage. - Strong communication skills (both written & verbal). - Skills in teaming, liaising, relationship management, negotiation & business knowledge.
