Billing & Revenue Executive

Role Overview: You will be joining Callifony, a leading business communication platform, as a Billing & Revenue Executive. Your main responsibility will be to support the billing and accounting operations of the company. In this role, you will work in a collaborative environment with multiple talented teams. Your tasks will include supporting monthly invoicing and account reconciliation tasks for both customers and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of billing issues and ensure they are resolved effectively. - Manage customer escalations and coordinate with various teams confidently. - Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot billing-related tickets with customers and vendors. - Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Communicate effectively with customers" billing or account management teams. - Follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. - Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. - Track all billing-related tickets in the ticketing system from open to resolution. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of MS Excel. - Experience in handling billing platforms. - Experience in accounting and taxation will be an added advantage. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability in teaming, liaisoning, relationship management, negotiation, and business knowledge.
