Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting pre-sales activities such as drafting professional emails to clients. - Creating and sending quotations to clients. - Coordinating with clients, preparing offers, liaising with the proposal team, preparing proforma invoices, and arranging job files. - Internal coordination with various departments including Design, Quality Control, Dispatch, Field Sales Team, and Accounts. - Saving all files on the marketing server in designated folders. - Maintaining ISO documentation. - Handling correspondence efficiently. - Tracking daily dispatches and keeping clients informed about deliveries. - Completing daily tasks assigned by the reporting manager. - Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets. - Assisting in product launches and updates. - Keeping accurate records of marketing activities and their outcomes. - Representing the company at trade shows and events to enhance visibility. Qualifications: - Graduation in any field with excellent communication skills. - Experience: 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply). - Immediate joining preferred. - Work Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The role of a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst in HRSD/IRM/ITOM/SPM involves analysing, documenting, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions related to HR Service Delivery, Integrated Risk Management, IT Operations Management, Configuration Management Database, Discovery, and Service Portfolio Management, including integrations. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing stakeholders and clients, defining business processes, and collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure effective implementation and integration. Key Deliverables: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to HRSD, IRM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, SPM, and integrations. - Work with technical teams to design and document solutions that meet business needs. - Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams by providing clear and concise documentation, reports, and updates. - Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements to support the development team. - Understand and document current business processes, analyze and contribute to the design and reengineering of business processes. - Coordinate with both clients and the development team to ensure requirements are clarified and signed off. - Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Develop or contribute to the development of job aids and training courses. Desired Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. - Must be Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA). - Additional certifications in IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) are a plus. - Overall, 9-10 years of experience with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant ServiceNow experience. - Experience in HR Service Delivery, Integrated Risk Management, Configuration Management Database/IT Operations Management, and Service Portfolio Management is required. - Nice to have knowledge of Pre-Sales activities. - Experience in IT Service Management processes and tools is necessary. - Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering is essential. - Prior experience in agile methodologies and product management is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise staff and special initiatives. - Demonstrated integrity, independent thinking, judgment, and respect for others. - Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
