Job Description

As a sales professional at Dolby, your role will be to drive revenue growth by expanding direct sales revenue from key accounts in the Consumer Electronics and Automotive sectors in India. You will be responsible for establishing account plans, developing strong business relationships, managing the customer pipeline, and collaborating with internal technical teams to ensure successful adoption of Dolby technologies by manufacturers. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on driving revenue growth through successful adoption of Dolby technologies by consumer electronics manufacturers and Automotive accounts in India. - Establish account plans for key accounts and foster deep business relationships. - Develop and manage the customer pipeline effectively. - Work with Dolby's technical teams to provide systems support to customers for implementing, testing, certifying, manufacturing, and deploying devices supporting Dolby's technologies. - Collaborate with content ecosystem teams and other key functions to deliver value to customers and grow the Dolby business. - Understand and follow key licensing application procedures, work with licensing applicants, and utilize reports in Salesforce and BI tools. - Support pre-sales activities by delivering presentations and promoting the value proposition of Dolby technologies to potential partners. - Participate in tradeshows, industry conferences, and relevant events to create a network of supporters and partners. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of relevant industry experience in sales, preferably with experience in a multinational company. - Bachelor/Masters degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering, or Business. - Strong existing network in the Indian Consumer Electronics & Automotive industry will be advantageous. - Experience in a technology or IP company is preferred. Personal Attributes: - Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable and identifiable results. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent analytical skills and process orientation. - Flexibility to adapt to a versatile business environment. - Proactive approach, ability to work on own initiative and as part of a dynamic team.
