Assistant Engineer- Standard Products

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, generating concepts, making proposals, and costing enquiries. Additionally, you will standardize solutions offered for future requirements. In terms of design, you will be involved in concept generation, layout preparation, design, cycle tie calculations, and meeting with cross-functional teams for proposal approval. Visiting customer sites for input collection and offering proposed solutions within defined timelines will also be part of your responsibilities. Close coordination with design and assembly teams during project execution and guiding them as per proposed solutions is essential.
