Responsibilities Coordination with other PM Group offices to understand the scope of work, deliverables, time lines, man hours etc. Produce and check complex piping plans and layouts, piping isometrics sketches and electronic 3D models for equipment in accordance with project requirements, codes, specifications and procedures. 3D Piping Design Isometric generation from Process P&ID's. Stress Analysis. Clash checking for pipe clashes. Coordination of design with other design disciplines and vendors. Qualifications A degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 9 years piping design experience Minimum of 3 years experience in the use of Intergraph’s S3D & CADWorx suite of products Biopharmaceutical or API design experience.(Mandatory) Design experience with clients from Europe and the USA is an advantage. Translate product level requirements into subsystem/item/component design criteria. Lead Own engineering release of subsystem design including component, part CAD Drawings, and BOMs through transmittal Develop and execute Validation verification of Subsystem/Module/Components on schedule at required cost, quality and performance levels Perform Engineering /Design calculations (mechanical) Develop and capture knowledge required to deliver subsystem level excellence through Design Creating 3D model/Reviewing the CAD drawing Manage design trade-offs between cost, aesthetics, performance, and other design attributes. A leading role within the Dealer Development team, person will be responsible for development of dealership sales and service infrastructure across South region. Dealer facilities branding in line with company s brand philosophy & strategy. Providing planning and guidance to dealers on dealer CI / SI standards Develops corporate identity / showroom identity program for the entire dealership network and implementation. Leads regular reviews and updates of Dealer standards, including Corporate identity manuals for Dealers, monitors actual retail centres situations; and conducts periodical audits as required. Identification and on boarding of SI/CI vendors. Localisation of SI/CI elements. Dealership layout preparation and approvals. Dealership project monitoring and ensuring dealership readiness and activation (ensuring optimum resources at the time of activation). Dealer Directory and Database management.
