Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Addon Global, your role involves developing new business through networking and cold calling. You will be responsible for arranging business meetings, following up on leads, and understanding customers" specific business needs. By applying your product knowledge effectively, you will ensure that customer requirements are met. It is crucial to have a thorough understanding of technical specifications to maintain the quality of service. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering customer presentations and software demonstrations confidently. Providing clear advice and solutions to customers, developing effective sales plans, and presenting your findings to both technical teams and clients are essential aspects of your role. You will be accountable for sales of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Facility Management Services (FMS) in the entire Gujarat region. Maintaining day-to-day business activities, cultivating customer relationships, and generating new sales business are key components of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting review meetings with clients, encouraging and motivating the sales team, and acquiring national FMS business from the Gujarat territory. Your ability to determine clients" business requirements, address technical queries, and guide customers in adopting new technology environments is crucial for success in this role. Your proactive approach in attending initial sales meetings, evaluating clients" needs, and presenting suitable solutions will contribute significantly to the growth of the business. By collaborating with service delivery teams and engaging in pre-sales activities, you will ensure a smooth service delivery process and foster customer satisfaction. Your role also entails maintaining CRM activities to retain existing customers and secure new sales business from the same accounts.
