Manager IT Sales

As a Business Development Executive at Addon Global, your role involves developing new business opportunities through networking and cold calling. You will be responsible for arranging and conducting business meetings, as well as following up on leads to drive sales growth. Understanding customers" specific business needs and effectively applying product knowledge to meet those needs will be a key aspect of your role. Your responsibilities will include: - Learning about the products and services offered by the company - Ensuring the quality of service by acquiring a thorough understanding of technical specifications - Preparing and delivering customer presentations and software demonstrations confidently - Providing support to customers by offering clear advice and solutions - Developing effective sales plans using established sales methodology - Presenting your findings to a technical team for implementation and then to the client - Sales of AMC and FMS services for the entire Gujarat region - Maintaining day-to-day business activities of Sales/Service Support and customer relations - Generating new sales business from new customers and renewing existing service contracts - Maintaining CRM activity to retain customers and secure new sales business - Encouraging and motivating the sales team and staff - Attending review meetings with clients and service delivery teams to ensure smooth service delivery processes - Acquiring National FMS business from the Gujarat territory - Conducting review meetings and guiding customers on new technology environments - Attending initial sales meetings and determining clients" business requirements - Adapting software or hardware to meet clients" needs - Addressing any technical questions clients may have Your role as a Business Development Executive at Addon Global will involve a mix of sales, customer relationship management, and technical expertise to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.,
