As we continue to scale our brand presence, we’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented PPC Specialist to lead our online advertising efforts. This is a key role for someone who combines analytical precision with creative strategy to drive performance, visibility, and ROI across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities.
  • Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Perform A/B testing to refine creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI within allocated budgets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align PPC initiatives with broader brand and business goals.
  • Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and digital marketing.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads Certification preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and similar tools.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with SEO integration and how it complements paid search (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and YouTube Ads is a plus.
