We are on the lookout for a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and has hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.

Job Summary:

As a PPC Specialist at DigiManiac, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Shopping Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon. You will also play a key role in training junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping grow internal talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement paid advertising strategies that align with marketing goals
• Create, launch, and manage campaigns on:
• Google Ads & Google Shopping
• Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Amazon Ads (if experienced)
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with the design team for creatives
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and regular performance analysis
• Track key metrics: CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS, etc.
• Prepare clear, data-driven reports for internal review
• Stay updated with the latest ad trends and platform updates

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in running paid ads (agency experience preferred)
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of performance metrics and optimization tactics
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint are a plus
