PPC -Accounts & Stock Audit Manager

(PPC)

• Prepare and analyze weekly MIS reports to deliver actionable insights into business operations.
• Develop performance summary reports to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Create profitability statements and customer-specific margin reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive operational excellence by enhancing profitability through cost reduction, controlling marketing expenditures, and improving margins.
• Optimize cash flow.

Procurement

• Support investment planning through P&L analysis and accounts receivable aging reports.
• Monitor and review expenditures against budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to manage costs effectively.

4. Team Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with production, creative, post, Growth Head & legal teams, department heads, and senior management to align financial goals and objectives.
• Communicate financial information, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders at various levels.
