Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with strong DAX (Data AnalysisExpressions) skills to design and develop impactful dashboards, reports, and data models thatsupport key business decisions across departments such as sales, supply chain, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, design, and publish visually appealing and insightful dashboards usingPower BI.Build robust and optimized data models using Power BI and DAX to deliver business-critical analytics.Write advanced DAX expressions for KPIs, calculated measures, and columns.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intoeffective BI solutions.Implement row-level security (RLS), data refresh schedules, and performance tuning.Connect and integrate various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, ERPsystems (SAP/Oracle), and flat files.Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.Automate and streamline reporting processes to support timely decision-making.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Power BI development and dashboard creation.Proficiency in DAX for creating complex calculations and measures.Strong understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schema) and ETL concepts.Experience working with large data sets and optimizing performance.Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.Understanding of business processes in domains like Sales, Inventory, Finance is aplus.This job is provided by Shine.com
