Key Responsibilities Handle **inbound customer queries** via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. Make **outbound calls** to customers to collect feedback on their product experience and service satisfaction. Provide accurate and detailed information about products, order status, returns, exchanges, and usage guidance. Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy, ensuring first-call resolution wherever possible. Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and product to resolve customer issues promptly. Share insights and feedback with the team to improve products and service offerings. Educate customers about product usage, benefits, and hygiene best practices. Key Skills Required Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Empathetic listener with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to handle both inbound and outbound call volumes with professionalism.
