Job Description

Role: Power BI Developer

Job Description:

Develop, design, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
Create and manage visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards to support business decisions.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional BI reports and dashboards.
Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability across the organization.
Integrate multiple data sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports.
Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business users to refine and improve BI solutions based on feedback.
Maintain documentation and provide training for end-users on Power BI tools and features.

Profile Description:

Experience: 2-8 years in BI development, with at least 3 years of experience in Power BI.
Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
Competencies: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data visualization.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification preferred.
Knowledge: Experience in integrating various data sources and working with large datasets.
Soft Skills: Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Tools: Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and Azure services is advantageous.
