Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our PMS Operations team. The role involves handling day-to-day operations, compliance, and client servicing activities related to Portfolio Management Services in line with SEBI regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PMS operations, including account opening, transaction processing, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate trade execution, settlement, and reporting for PMS clients.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, banks, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain client records, agreements, investment mandates, and KYC documentation as per SEBI regulations.
• Prepare and review daily NAV reports, performance reports, and client portfolio statements.
• Handle audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements (SEBI, exchanges, custodians).
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in back-office and PMS software systems.
• Support risk management by adhering to investment mandates and RMS guidelines.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and responding to operational queries.
• Work closely with compliance and IT teams to implement new processes and system updates.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PMS / Wealth Management / Broking / Asset Management operations.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI PMS Regulations, capital market operations, and compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience with PMS back-office software and reconciliation tools.
• Good understanding of trade settlements, corporate actions, NAV calculations, and client reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for client and stakeholder management
