We are now looking for a dynamic HR Executive at our Sultanpur plant.
1. Oversee day-to-day HR & Industrial Relations (IR) activities.
2. Coordinate induction and onboarding with internal stakeholders.
3. Drive manpower planning, and employee retention strategies.
4. Maintain payroll management systems.
5. Ensure 100% statutory and regulatory compliance (ESI, PF, Labour Laws, etc.).
6. Resolve employee grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and IR conflict management.
7. Execute employee welfare and engagement programs.
8. Manage contract labor operations and associated compliance.
