Responsibilities

• Lead the

  design, development, and prototyping

  of new composite insulator products.
• Plan and execute

  type testing

  in line with IEC/IS/ANSI standards at internal labs and third-party labs (e.g. CPRI, ERDA, KEMA, VEKI).
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and QA teams to bring innovative, cost-effective solutions to market.
• Prepare and maintain

  technical documentation

  , design validations, and test reports.
• Work closely with customer technical teams to understand application needs and ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in

  Electrical/Mechanical/Polymer Engineering

  or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in product development or type testing of

  electrical insulators

  or high-voltage products.
• Knowledge of

  IEC 61109 / IEC 62217 / IS 14255

  &

  ANSI

  standards and testing protocols.
• Strong analytical, design, and project management skills.
• Experience with test labs (CPRI, ERDA) and product certification is an advantage.
