Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Manager located in Chakan. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the team management, providing technical support, and leading research and development (R&D) projects. They will also manage various projects and contribute to analytical tasks to drive the company’s technical initiatives forward. Qualifications Possess strong Team Management skills and Project Management experience Experience in providing Technical Support and leading Research and Development (R&D) efforts Excellent Analytical Skills Effective communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field Relevant industry experience is a plus
